The book Launch at the McCrum Lecture Theatre on 4th November 2019 was organised by the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Centre of Islamic Studies, University of Cambridge, featuring Prof Khaled Fahmy, Prof Recep Şentürk, Dr Arafat Razzaque, Dr Samir Mahmoud, Hasan Spiker and Paul Keeler.

In April 2016, the fortieth anniversary of the World of Islam Festival took place at SOAS, University of London. A high point of the Festival was an evening of the recitation of the Quran by the great qari, Sheikh Mahmoud Khalil al-Husary.
To commemorate this event Ali Keeler recited the opening ayats of Surah al-Rahman. Ahmed Paul Keeler then introduced the concept of al-Mizan, which forms a part of Surah al-Rahman.
